- Execute Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, according to 3rd parties recommendations;
- Execute all change/configuration management;
- Perform IN/NGIN technical management and application management;
- Implement new releases or software corrections;
- Create and maintain KPI’s;
- Create statistical report to evaluate quality of service provided to final customer;
- Execute advanced troubleshooting in all IN/NGIN platforms;
- Service recovery according to 3rd party recommendations;
- Creation of procedures to 1st line support teams;
- Incident classification, prioritisation and escalation;
- Provide “on-job” training to 1st line support teams;
- Update processes and procedures used by 1st and 2nd line support teams;
- Manage all monitoring capabilities to control service availability and performance.
- Degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineer;
- Strong knowledge of IN-OCS (Nokia Platform – former Lucent Surepay) - MAS, mCAS, eSM and MRF;
- Good Operating Systems skills (Linux admin and scripting);
- Good Oracle, Timesten and PostGreSQL database admin and optimization;
- Good SQL/PSQL scripting skills;
- Network protocols: Diameter, LDAP, SIP, HTTP, CORBA, INAP, CAMEL and MAP;
- MS and VoLTE reference architectures;
- Splunk knowledge & PowerBI;
- C# programming, Python and PERL.;
- Cloud technologies: VMWare (Tanzu) CaaS, Openshift;
- TIL Foundations preference;
- AGILE and DevOps methodologies are welcome;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
